ABITTE, Asperbras bet on real estate

ADISA PHASE 1

The  reawakening  of the real estate sector encouraged the  Grupo Asperbras  to focus efforts in this area, where it has been operating since the 1990s, through the construction of shopping malls, commercial and residential buildings and subdivisions of medium and high standard. The Abitte Ventures and Urbanism is the new company of the group, which comes to market with the launch Adisa in Birigui (SP), which offers 464 residential lots in a gated community, aimed at C and D consumers  José Maurício Caldeira talks about ABITTE, Asperbras’ bet on real estate.

“This year, launches will also take place in Araçatuba (SP) and Dourados (MS), regions where the company focuses its activities,” said  José Maurício Caldeira , shareholder and member of the board of directors of Grupo Asperbras. Abitte has a land bank of approximately 2,500 lots, distributed in the interior of São Paulo, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. Currently, the company is prospecting new areas in the regions of Campinas and Presidente Prudente.

The  Abitte Projects and Urban Planning  offers the market three brands, says Caldeira:  Felisa (for popular allotments and low – income people, aimed at medium and small cities, with payment plan financed by the company itself); Adisa  (for closed condominiums and middle class public, who seek to upgrade the quality of housing, seeking more safety and quality of life) and  Aleia  (high-end condos with clubs, security, leisure, focused on classes A and B ). According to José Maurício Caldeira, the financing of the units is done by the company itself in up to 180 months.
